The Gulch, and 12 South are by far my favorite neighborhoods. You can find many restaurants, stunning street art murals, and many things to do here. You can walk to both the Gulch and Music Row from our place. Walk to the Gulch Directions: Head west on South St toward 12th st. Turn right onto 12th st. You reach the bridge – you are in the Gulch! Music Row is just a 10-minute walk from the house. Music Row 16th/17th Ave. South - Division Street and Music Square, Nashville, Tennessee, USA If you walk over to Music Row, walk down Division St where you have a bunch of restaurants and bars. Losers Bar & Grill is a very popular spot and always nice people. 1911 Division St. Nashville, TN 37203 Another place that’s a must-visit when you are in Nashville is Tin roof on Demonbreun. You can walk to Tin roof from our house. It is 0.5 miles. 1516 Demonbreun St, Nashville, TN 37203 12 South Great shops and restaurants and a nice park to walk your dogs or bring your kids for some playtime. I usually drive here but it is a nice workout if you want a nice long walk. About 1.5 miles (30 - 45 minute walk) Walk or Drive to 12 South Directions: South on 12th St. Sevier Park – 12 South (2 miles from the house) 3021 Lealand Av, Nashville TN 37204 Centennial Park. It is a good 30-minute walk from the condo. About 1.2 miles. 10 minute drive. Centennial Park 2500 W End Ave, Nashville, TN, USA Broadway is 1 mile from the house. A 20-25 min walk or a quick 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride.
