Nashville Vacation Rentals by Linda

This place was awesome! It was me, my wife and 2 year old. Perfect space for the 3 of us. Had a gym and pool that we utilized. The outdoor patio is a great space to chill. Highly recommended place if you come to Nashville.

Linda was very detailed on how to get in to everything with the codes. She let us check in early which was very nice being that we traveled from South Bend, Indiana and didn’t even think of the time difference. Once we arrived to our condo we walked in to country music playing which made you feel right at home in Nashville. Everything was exactly described and it was so nice to have a lot of extras that normally we have to go out and buy once we are at our destination. I would stay at this location again.

The place was very very well kept and had private amenities which was pleasant. Beautiful apartment and you can tell it was thoughtfully put together/decorated. Linda is an incredible host and was very accommodating which is what stood out the most in my opinion! Highly recommend!

I Love This Home!! It's stylish, well laid out and supplied. This space has all you need to work and gather. All the beds are great! There's coffee service and a perfect kitchen for cooking or hanging out. I will rebook!!

Linda is a stellar host! Her flexibility with check in and check out were so much appreciated. Her communication was timely and friendly! Some of our group had the chance to meet Linda at departure and said she was just as friendly in person too. The house itself was perfect. Clean and gave our group of 6 plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loved the outdoor spaces, just wish it had been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed them more. Location is a quick uber from downtown. Lots of fun spots close by in East Nashville too, some even walkable. This was a fantastic home base for a fun Nashville getaway! Thank you, Linda! We hope to return here or to any of your other properties soon.

Linda’s place was BEAUTIFUL!! She was very accommodating and went above and beyond for the check in process. Tons of rooftops, restaurants, and activities nearby (about 10 mins in the Uber). Every time we come to Nashville, this is the ONLY place that we will stay! Thanks so much Linda for being an amazing host!!

Our stay at Linda's Nashville home was truly exceptional! This 4-level gem, including the rooftop deck, is like no other. Each level boasts its own unique Nashville style, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that felt just like home. We were impressed from the moment we walked in, especially by the incredibly comfortable bedding. The thoughtful touches like party cowboy hats and Shania Twain straws in the "party drawer" added to the fun atmosphere. Linda, our host, was incredibly accommodating from booking through check-out. We can't wait to return to Nashville and stay at Linda's place again – or one of her other properties. It was an amazing trip!

Great stay! Clean, walkable, nice amenities such as the pool, and Linda was prompt to respond and help us out with all questions we had. We definitely recommend this space for your stay in Nashville!

The perfect location, plenty to do in the area. Walkable (maximum 30 minutes) to pretty much anything you’d like to see downtown. Nice modern condo with up to date appliances and good water pressure. Linda was very responsive and quick to any questions or recommendations we had about where to see the fireworks (we stayed 4th of July weekend). Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Fabulous apartment and attentive host, but the mentally ill upstairs neighbour who stomps RELENTLESSLY from one side of the living room to the other without pause for several hours a day - and night - makes it hard for me to recommend the apartment. At some points it felt like the ceiling was going to collapse. If our stay had been longer we would have checked into a hotel.
